Domain Renewal

  I was told to contact support to renew my domain. How do I do it? Thanks.

  If you’re referring to lizzieschiffman.com, the domain is available now, so you can go to Store -> Domains in your blog dashboard and add that domain again.

  Once you purchase the domain again, I’d suggest enabling auto renew so the domain will be renewed in advance.

  Thanks! But now it’s telling me that the domain has already been mapped to a WordPress blog. Is there another avenue to renew?

  Ah, it was still subscribed in our system, so I removed it.

  Please give it another try and it’ll work. :)
