Domain Renewal

  The domain name I registered through WordPress.com has expired. I want to renew it. When I click Edit Domain, I am taken to a “Domain Contacts” page. But the program keeps “looking” for something. So that page stays greyed out and I can’t renew.

  Your domain expired on April 7, 2014 — you can see the details about the domain upgrade from Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.

  Domain expiration is a lengthy and complicated process that takes about 80 days. During this time, your domain may be put up for auction or sold on back-order. You can learn more about domain expiration here: Domain Expiration

  The good news is that we may still be able to recover your domain if it has not yet been deleted or purchased by someone else.
