I forgot to renew my domain

  Help!

  The person who was monitoring our email did not forward the notice for renewal of our WordPress.com-acquired memoire2000.org domain name, which expired in April (yikes!).

  We tried to renew it now, but it was refused.

  How can we renew this URL?
