Domain Renewal (3 days late.)

  It will not allow me to renew my domain. When I go within My Upgrades and select Renew Now, I receive this message:

  The domain name you entered is already mapped to a WordPress.com blog.

  I’ve tried multiple browsers and always receive the same message. Readers are contacting me because they cannot get to my site via their usual route. Help, please.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Try visiting http://christinlovell.com/ – click on the blue box “Renew Now” – that should let you renew as a gift to yourself

  Are you logged in as the owner of the upgrades? Do you have another account you might have used to buy the upgrade?

  I will also flag this for staff attention just in case you can’t do the renewal

  I do not see a blue box that says ‘Renew Now.’

  I am logged into my account as the owner of the site.

  Somehow things seem to have been renewed – there is no black cover on your web site – looks normal to me
