Domain renewal

  I need to renew a domain as it is expiring. Auto renew is not enabled and we would like it to be.

  the domain is criticalpoliticaleconomy.net.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I’ve been on this already and a no go. Out of my list of sites on my upgrades page this is the one site that doesn’t have the button available (sorry, i should have mentioned that).

  Is this perhaps because I didn’t create the site and it is not my personal credit card attached?

  A different WordPress.com user of this site owns the Upgrade. Only they will be able to renew it from the site’s Dashboard.

  Thanks very much. The issue we have it that the original purchaser of the URL cannot find this button on her version of the dashboard either.

  How is this possible?

  If the user is not seeing the renew button in the Store > My Upgrades section of their Dashboard, then they are not logged in as the correct user.

  In addition, this Upgrade is enrolled in auto renew, so expiration should not be an issue.

  Regardless, I can send a manual payment link to the email address associated with this Upgrade’s owner, if you’d like.

  Just let me know.
