Unable to renew page for months. First there was nowhere to renew my domain available and now that’s fixed I get a 404 error after I put in my card info so my sites just been wasted and down for months and there’s no one to call or email for support? Super. There goes all my followers =/

ive been trying to renew it since before it expired and even id say a week afterword but the price or area to put in my credit card info so ive kinda just been waiting for it to be available then when i went i finally go to a page showing i could pay my $18 it would always take me to an error page when i submit my credit card info..and now suddenly its $100? is there not anything someone can do since i had run into serveral technical issues i know nothing about and were out of my control? thanks for your help..im just a simple guy running a page with some friends funding this all with extra allowance money usually..
