  Hello, I have subscribed to Customer Design in Jan 12 2015 which includes :
  Name and Domain
  10Go Space
  No Ads
  Custom design
  VideoPress

  But since a few days, we cannot access anymore to our blog and it says our domain has expired and ask for 99USD for renewal. I already paid 99USD for the full package. Can you help us restore our domain as it is included in the package I purchased on Jan 12 2015. Thanks a lot

  I’m sorry for the trouble with that domain. I linked your custom domain grupocapoeiramandinga.com to the Premium upgrade you purchased. Now both the Premium upgrade and the included domain grupocapoeiramandinga.com are valid through January 12, 2016.

  If you still see the message that your domain expired, you may need to refresh your browser or clear your browser’s cache.

  Please let me know if I can do anything more to help with that. :)
