Domain renewal

I have set my domain account to expire and not automatically renew. But I keep receiving emails saying that my account is going to automatically renew. When I go into “my upgrades” it says it set to expire. Why am I still getting these emails?

That’s strange so I tagged this thread for Staff assistance. Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade your can got to dashboard > Store > My Upgrades disable auto-renew there and remove your credit card information.

I disabled auto-renew, but I don’t know how to remove my card info. I don’t even see an option for that anywhere.

It looks like just the domain mapping’s auto-renewal was disabled, but not the registration. I have disabled that as well.
