  I renewed my domain name through you weeks ago yet it still says it is expired. When will it be available? clarajoyce.com

  You should just need to register the domain following the steps here:

  Register a New Domain

  Since you’ve already paid, you shouldn’t be asked to pay again. Can you give that a try and let me know if you experience any other trouble?
