domain renewal

Someone else set up a wordpress site for me last year and I just noticed that I have been charged wp-fee.com. When I checked this out, MyUpgrades section said it was domain registration.
I am worried that wordpress did not automatically find that the domain was already registered a couple of years ago.
Please can you cancel the domain registration (the Cancel button as mentioned on your support page is not present) and refund the full amount taken off my account on 6 August 2012 – the domain was already registered and not by wordpress.

Hi there, this charge was a renewal of the domain mapping fee to use your custom domain with your WordPress.com site. However it appears that you have moved your domain to a self-hosted site and you’re no longer using it here at WordPress.com.
I have cancelled the mapping, refunded the fee, and disabled auto-renew so that you won’t be charged again. Please note it may take up to a week to see the refund on your bank statement.
