Domain Renewal

  Hi, my domain thetravellingpantry.com is set to expire April 10 but I can’t find anywhere on the Admin site to renew or set up Auto Renewal. The My Upgrades page doesn’t have anywhere to renew and just says its expiring. Please provide instructions on how we can renew the domain.

  Hello, it appears you’ve sorted this out because when I checked the registrar info for your domain it listed an expiration date of April 10th, 2016.

  Thanks for the prompt reply. I did sort it out in the end but it was very difficult to find. For anyone else, this is how you renew your domain.

  1. In your WP Admin, go to Store, then My Upgrades
  2. Under the Domain click Domain Settings
  3. You’ll have your domains listed (don’t click edit domain)
  4. Click on the actual link/domain name and you should get a pop up prompting you to renew.

  I went through these steps but I am not getting a pop up allowing me to renew. I have turned off the blocking pop up feature and I’ve tried 3 different browsers.
