  Hi, i want to renew my domain, but was told to contact support.
  Can you please re-instate the domain (i need it for my business), and since my email is using this too, everything is down.

  Hi there!

  I can see that chatted with Mark this morning and that he’s emailed a payment link for the domain to you. Please can you reply to him once you’ve made payment? He’ll then be able to take steps to restore your domain for you.
