domain renewal

  I am trying to renew my domain (thesnailwhisperer.com) but without success. Where do I go on the wordpress site???

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hello,
  What’s happened is the domain mapping has expired on thesnailwhisperer.com. From your Dashboard go to Store > My Upgrades to renew the mapping.

  The sole owner of any blog is the person with the username account who registered the blog, who is the original Admin of the blog, and who purchased the upgrades for the blog. Provided they are logged in correctly that blog owner can renew upgrades at > Dashboard > Store > My Upgrades. https://en.support.wordpress.com/my-upgrades/

  Hi Jon [and Lorelle],

  The WordPress.com Premium plan and domain thesnailwhisperer.com are not associated with the account you are posting from.

  You must have ended up with a second WordPress.com account at some point. You will need to log into the other account in order to renew the domain and plan.

  Once you’ve logged in you will be able to renew the plan from the My Upgrades link at:
  https://wordpress.com/my-upgrades
