Domain renewal

  I both renewed my domain name on July 21 for $37.99 (acct # 35156744) and renewed my website host (wordpress) on August 12 for $13, yet am getting a message that it expired on August 15.

  I reviewed the jodibyrne WordPress.com account and I could not find any payments on file for that username at WordPress.com. I do see a renewal made by a different username for the authorjebyrne.com domain name but the one I found is dated last year on 2014-07-16.

  Can you double check your receipt for me and confirm for me that the August 12 payment you mentioned for $13 for sure shows that it was made to WordPress.com and can you please confirm the WordPress.com username you used in order to make that payment?

  I just want to renew my domain name for $13. It will not process keeps saying: This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them? But does not allow me a place to answer this question. I just want to renew http://www.authorjebyrne.com for one more year. Please help…followers are getting annoyed:)

  I received a reminder that my domain name would automatically renew on August 31, 2015 and that I didn’t have to do anything. I then received another email that specified a different expiration date of September 30, 2015 and said I HAD to do something. I suspect that one of them might be a spam. I contacted support about this but have not received an answer.

  I am extremely frustrated. Someone please call me 610-675-7327. I just want to renew my domain for site http://www.authorjebyrne.com. I have tried numerous times and it will not allow me. People have not been able to access my site since August 15. Not happy!!
