Domain renewal

  Hey there-

  It seems our domain name(s) expired and the person who had set us up didn’t give a heads up. mendingbabyloss.com and .org both expired. I can’t find anywhere online that allows me to renew it, just information on what could happen but no links to solve it?

  Any help?

  Hi there,

  To renew your subscriptions, you will need the person who set up the account for you go to Store > My Upgrades within your dashboard, click the Renew Now button, and follow the instructions – then you’ll be set!

  Your custom domain subscriptions expired 9 days ago, but we do have about a two week grace period to renew your domain. However, after the grace period it gets much more complicated and expensive to renew, so I would advise to renew as soon as possible if you would like to keep the domain.

  Also, if you want to ensure that your domain will not expire in the future, I would recommend enabling Auto Renew under you account. You can also set that up under your My Upgrades page.
