Domain renewal

    I have tried to renew my domain at surbitonforum.com which expired on 15th August. I tried using Paypal at first, then Mastercard the sum involved being USD 106.00. On both attempts I was informed that there was a problem renewing but without specifying what it was. Please contact me at (email visible only to moderators and staff) to explain the situation.

    Hello Paul –

    It appears that you were able to get the renewal done?

    I believe what had happened was since the domain had expired in August it was originally asking you to pay the late redemption fee of USD $80 in addition to the $26 regular registration. Then the domain was released because 90 days had passed, and was able to be re-registered as new for the lower amount.
