  In the future, you can turn on auto-renew from the My Upgrades page. If you need more support than this, you’ll need someone from the awesome WordPress staff. There should be a link to contact them on the My Upgrades page, or you can tag this forum thread with the word ‘modlook’ (without quotation marks) to flag this thread for staff.
