Domain Renewal

  Hello, I have to renew my domain casadevidre.com and I can’t. I tried to renew it two days before expiration, then on the same day of expiration and now today but I never have the option to do it in my profile / manage purchases. I have a red warning that says that I have to renew the domain and once I click the link to do it, there’s nothing. What can I do?

  Your domain has a status code of clientRenewProhibited so I’ve tagged this thread for a staff member to assist.

  Hello Guillem –

  Your domain shows an expiration date of 2016-12-18. Were you able to successfully renew?

  Also, the domain is held by a different account than the one you’re using for this post right now. That would be way your account account did not have the option to renew.
