Domain renewal

  Can’t seem to renew my domain name. (Your renewal page – and other pages of your Web site – are very surprisingly user-UNfriendly!! Been trying for an hour and don’t know If I was successful or not. Please advise.

  I tried to “Renew now” ( a few days early) but it will NOT let me add the private registration. So now I’ve paid for the renewal but I can’t add the private registration. Why? This has to be the most frustrating experience! Renew Now should mean that I’m just paying for what I had, I’m just paying before it expires. Help!
