Domain Renewal

  My domain renewal can’t happen automatically, for some reason. But, I need to renew it. Maybe it’s because I have it pointing to a Wix site?

  Anyway, I can’t find any way to renew it, but I would like to. It expires in the next few days.

  As long as you are logged in with the username account that purchased the domain name upgrade here on WordPressdotcom, you should be able to renew it following these instructions: https://en.support.wordpress.com/faq-renewing-and-canceling/#renew-upgrade

  You might have to update credit card information (which is why the autorenew would not work). Domain upgrades are normally renewed a month ahead of schedule to prevent any problems.

  Since you do not want your custom domain name to expire, which can be both costly and time consuming to recover, if you are not successful in renewing your domain following the above, please immediately return here and add the MODLOOK tag to the Tags section of the forum thread sidebar.

  Do NOT let your domain name expire if you intend to use it.

  My existing purchased domain isn’t showing my my accounts section, and it also doesn’t show up if I try to purchase a new domain.

  At present, I therefore can’t find it to renew :(
