Domain renewal

  I am trying to renew my domain but it won’t allow me – when I try to purchase the renewal it says I am not the original subscriber, which is not the case. How can I override this to insure that my domain remains intact

  Hi – In order to renew you will have to be logged in with the original account that made the purchase. If you are, then you can renew via your Manage Purchases page at https://wordpress.com/purchases
