Domain Renewal

  I am trying to renew my domain, but every time I click ‘renew domain’ I get bounced back to the generic ‘looking to upgrade?’ page and I don’t seem to be able to actually access a way to pay for my domain renewal.

  Hello – To renew your domain you have to be logged into the account that originally made the purchase. Can you verify that you are logged into the correct account?

  I am logged in to the admin account.

  Thanks for the additional information. I see that domain has expired. If you are logged into the correct account you should be able to renew your domain here.

  staff-zinnia is correct. The domain subscription that you are trying to renew is not under the account that you are contacting us from. You must be under the account associated with the upgrade in order to renew the domain.
