Domain Renewal

  I am unable to renew my expired domain for some reason. Please HELP! The renew button on the store>domain page keeps redirecting to the first domain page. It’s a month expired. What do I do?

  You need Staff help to recover an expired domain and this thread is flagged for their attention.

  cynthiawhitcomb.com was just mapped here, and that mapping expired on August 14.

  I’m not sure why the upgrade wasn’t removed from your account, but you can now re-map it by adding it via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  I am having the same problem. My domain expired in August and I cannot renew it. I tried to purchase the same domain again but it said it was already mapped to my blog. How can I renew my old expired domain?
