Domain renewal

  I received an email to say my domain (jackmorlen.com) would be automatically renewed on May 4. However, my domain no longer works. Please could someone look into this as soon as possible.

  Hello there!

  Your Domain Registration, Private Registration and Domain Mapping have been inactivated on April 27th. Is it possible that you accidentally clicked to cancel the subscriptions instead of renewing it?

  Provided you’re logged in with your account, if you go to your Domain page here: https://wordpress.com/domains/manage
  You should be able to spot an icon of a cart with your products ready to be purchased again.

  Hi ,

  Yes, the domain is there in the cart but when I complete payment it says ‘This domain already exists and cannot be registered.’

  What should I do?

  @jackmorlen Could you try again and see if you manage to make it through? Your domain looked cancelled, so I needed to restore it.
