Domain renewal

I paid for my domain renewal, then when I logged in today, it says it is expired. I still have the email confirming the purchase. What’s the deal?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. For the sake of clarity, does it say”Expired” or “Expiring”? Because “Expiring” along with a date is perfectly normal.

A whois shows the renewal good until 2012

If you don’t have the auto-renew enabled you will see an bit “Expires” thing – but if you look at the date it should be a year in the future – the first time I did a renew without the auto-renew turned on it freaked me out until I read the fine print – is that what happened?

Your site is still showing up under http://laragardner.com/ and a “whois” lookup shows it doesn’t expire till 24-Oct-12 so it is just a caching glitch or something I suspect.
Log out of wordpress, clear your browser cache and cookies, restart your browser and then have another look.

Where does someone go to resolve a payment issue? I got a notice from WordPress that my domain would be automatically renewed unless I took action. I clicked the link and went to the renewal page and actually took care of the renewal right then. I got a confirmation email. I then today, almost a month alter got another renwal notification and got charged again for the renewal I had already done manually. I can’t fin anywhere to go in terms of support to figure this out. Frustrated!!!!!
