Domain Renewal

Hi there, I purchased a domain through wordpress about a year ago now. I’ve received several reminders that I need to renew my purchase, but I cannot login to the account. I don’t know what to do.
I have tried to log in using my email address but the password is not matching. So I try to reset the password, and it resets for my blog account, which is not affiliated with my domain insofar as I can see. I don’t know what to do, and am worried that my domain will expire before I get this resolved.
I am desperate. Help!

When you login to your WordPress.com account, navigate to http://wordpress.com/purchases/ and locate your domain renewal.

http://www.mmichellesb.com is the domain. I explained that I am unable to login to the account that owns this domain, I have checked the purchase history under this ID which is the only one I can currently login to… I’m SO frustrated. Thank you for responding!!!

http://www.mmichellesb.com/ is a self hosted site that uses WordPress.org.
WordPress.com (here) and WordPress.org are entirely different. You will be able to get help with your self hosted site by visiting http://wordpress.org/support/

huh- weird. It’s the link in the email that brings me here…. to .com. Strange no? Thank you for letting me know… I’ll try .org and see where that gets me.

I don’t see a place to login on wordpress.org… and the link in the “renew” email is for wordpress.com: https://public-api.wordpress.com/bar/?stat=groovemails-events&bin=wpcom_email_ <truncated>
