  That domain has expired, and it’s not recoverable anymore. So you’ll have to wait until it’s released, and then you’ll be able to register it again.

  Please note that the domain is out of our control, so we don’t have a date on when it’ll become available for registration. So you’ll have to periodically try and register it.

  With that in mind we’d recommend checking routinely on when that is now available.

  You would check at any domain registrar – you search for the domain and see if it’s available for purchase.
