  Hey there, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders.

  If you’re not sure what that is, could you send us the domain?

  Thanks for confirming! I do definitely see that passerinepress.com is registered with us but it doesn’t appear to be associated with the WordPress.com account you’re posting from (username “nancydunlop”).
