  In the last year we’ve had a big staff change….our domain has expired and we’d like to renew it.

  How can I do this?

  If yes, I can’t see that this domain is purchased via this account.

  The domain would need to be renewed from the original account from which it’s purchased.

  Once purchased, it can be moved over to another account as per: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/transfer-a-domain-to-another-wordpress-com-account/
