domain renewal

    Hi, We received a notification that our domain is about to expire and the we need to pay $34 to renew it. Though when I go online I can only find the option to upgrade to your premium service. We don’t need those additional features, we just want to keep our address.

    Hi,
    In order to renew the domain, you need to be logged into the account that purchased it. If you’re already in the proper account, add “modlook” to the tags of this forum thread to flag it for a staff member’s assistance.
