Domain Renewal

    I am unable to renew my domain. It keeps saying the domain is unavailable but it has expired

    Hi there,

    We replied to you via email yesterday and on Wednesday.

    Your domain expired on 2 May and have already been removed from our account. It is currently in redemption with our registrar, which means they are preparing to delete the domain and release it so anyone can buy it again.

    We might still be able to get the domain back, but our registrar charges a $80 fee in addition to the $26 to renew the domain. If you agree to pay this fee, let me know and I can get the process started.
