I got the below email to renew my domain and i cannot do it, i spoke to bluehost who told me to speak to wild west domains who told me to contact wordpress.

It looks like you bought that domain using the username, naturallystefanie
You will need to log in as that username to renew the domain, as only the account that owns an upgrade can renew or otherwise manage it.
