Domain renewal
-
I am attempting to renew the domain giselleroeder.com and have followed the steps given in the support pages but am going round in circles. When I click on ‘payment settings’ in the domain page I am shunted back to asking if I wish to upgrade – which I do not want. Can you extricate be from this cyber whirlpool? Thanks
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

The issue is that the WordPress.com user account that you are posting from is not the owner of that upgrade.
Typically this happens because you ended up with a second WordPress.com user account at some point and THAT account is the one that was used to purchase the upgrade. You will need to log into that second account in order to renew the upgrade.

BUT this is the only account I own and it was from this account that the domain was registered so there must be some error. How is it that I receive the renewal notice for this domain if I do not “own” the account? Please sort this out before the domain expires.
Following the “Renewal” link in the renewal notice that states the purchase price is $24 repeatedly takes me to the Upgrade page. This is more than a little frustrating. -
The account that owns the upgrade is the other administrator on your blog. You can see them listed here:
