Domain renewal

    I am attempting to renew the domain giselleroeder.com at the price of $34.00 per year but when I click on the renew link in the email sent to me I am immediately taken to a page requiring me to upgrade my account. I have NO wish to upgrade, only to renew the domain. Using ‘Manage Purchases’ from my dashboard follows the same path. There appears to be NO way to merely renew a domain at the purchase price of $34.00/yr.

    Hi there,

    The domain, giselleroeder.com, does not belong to your account, but was bought using a different account with the username, evanshire. Only that account can renew the domain.

    In the past you were able to renew the domain from this account, but we’ve changed it so only the account that owns an upgrade can renew it. Please log in as the correct account, or ask the owner of the other username to renew the domain.
