    i want to renew our domain for $13 and only see a $99 option

    Hi there,

    That domain mapping was removed from your account when it expired a week ago.

    However, you also don’t need a domain mapping upgrade. You only need domain mapping if you want to use the domain with a site hosted with us, and that domain appears to be hosted with Bluehost, so having a mapping upgrade here is just wasting your money :)
