    Hello, My account worksofanais.com is registered with an Api reseller, wildwestdomains for wordpress.com. The domain auto-renewed on 11/29/22 and I would like to be in touch about renewing the domain to confirm the renewal and potentially transfer the domain for a more streamline renewal process moving forward.

    While that domain is registered here at WordPress.com, it’s registered under a different user account than the one you’re currently logged into. Since you’re not the domain owner, we’re limited in what we can help with and advise.

    You would need to log out of this account and log into the account that owns the domain to manage and confirm the domain settings.
