I would like to renew my domain for Twiptrips.co. Please let me know what I need to do in order to get this done before domain is expired.

I am trying to renew my domain since it’s in redemption period and is close to expiration. The site is twiptrips.co. I want to pay but you need to tell me where to go. I am on a very tight timeline since its close to expiring.

It seems like we’re all having some sort of domain or email drama since the so-called Happiness Engineers are in a training retreat. What company just shuts down without any support!!! Horrible customer service. I am very upset. I don’t know what WP has done but they’ve messed up royally.

@bdukes – Can you please confirm that my payment went through. I replied back to the email as said but having heard anything and the site is still down. It’s been over 24hrs.
