  The person who purchased our domain left the company. How can I switch the admin rights for this renewal over to myself?

  Hi @tracydeermirek, are you able to log in as that user? If you have access to that email address, for example, you could reset the password.

  Once you have access, contact us as that user and we can help you transfer the upgrades to whichever account you’d like.
