  How do I add a credit card for auto renew?

  I found how to add. Does this mean it will automatically renew using my card? Just need to be sure our domain doesn’t expire.

  Hi there,

  I don’t see any domains in your site, but I do see you’re a user on the site with the domain, watercolourinjasper.com. Is that the domain you’re referring to?

  That domain does not currently have automatic renewal active. Only the account that owns that domain, jasperwatercolour, can enable automatic renewal via the Purchases page.

  I am the treasurer for the club that this represents. Is there a way for me to set my card up on auto renewal?

  Only the user who owns an upgrade can change the payment details, so you’ll need to add the details via the account of the username who owns the domain – either provide them with the card details to add themselves, or ask them to log in while you’re with them so you can add the details your self, but via their account.

  The other option is for them to transfer ownership of the domain to your account instead. They will need to contact us themselves to authorise us to do that. A reply in this thread from the correct username would be sufficient for that purpose.
