  I’m trying to renew my domain – wild west domains told me wordpress is the registrar.

  Hi there, I’ve tagged this thread for Staff assistance in recovering your domain at ibpassociatesllc.com, which looks to be in the redemption period.

  Please read this Support doc about what happens when a domain expires: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ In order for Staff to proceed with the recovery, you will need to agree to the additional charge imposed by the domain registrar.

  I agree to the charges. I’m a bit of a novice. I don’t see in my account where I can renew or agree. I’m wondering if I can’t find it or perhaps its really not there and this expiration status requires support intervention.

  The domain upgrade that you’re looking to renew is owned by a different user account than the one you’ve contacted us from.

  I’ve sent an email about the redemption process including a manual payment link to the email address on the account that owns the upgrade.
