Domain renewal

    Hello
    I was using a domain mapping service for my website, and some weeks ago I renewed the service for this year. Although I received my bill nothing happened and I just have lost my domain.
    Maybe some system error or did I something wrong?

    What is the domain involved? Was it purchased here on WordPressdotcom or through a different domain registrar.

    If you purchased the domain elsewhere and mapped the domain here, there are two purchases you need to keep current:
    1. the domain with the domain registrar
    2. the WordPressdotcom plan under which you were mapping.
