Domain Renewal

  I need to renew our domain, but it appears that the credentials left for this site by a former employee are not the credentials for the ‘plan owner’. How do I update the credentials and thereby renew my domain?

  Hi there,

  Your site, and all its associated upgrades, belongs to the username, gbohnstedt. Only that username can make changes to, renew or transfer the upgrades on that site, so you will need to get in contact with that person and ask them to either post here to authorise me to transfer the upgrades to you, or they need to transfer the entire site to you.
