Domain renewal

  Hi. I have just found out that our domain – deco-group.com has not been renewed and is not active. I believe we purchased the domain through wordpress.

  Can you please advise me as to how can I renew the domain name? Can I purchase it through you again?

  It looks like http://deco-group.com/ is active but the site is empty.

  Hi there,

  Do you perhaps mean jeco-group.com? deco-group.com is not registered with us.

  jeco-group.com expired on 7 November and is currently in redemption with our domain registrar. It is still possible to get the domain back, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can get the process started.

  deco-group.com is not registered with us

  jeco-group.com is the one I can try to recover. I just need to be sure we’re speaking of the same domain :)

  Oh no, I’m sorry, my spell check was auto correcting the spelling.

  We are speaking about the same domain, the correct domain name is: jeco-group.com

  I accept the charges.

  I’ve sent you a link you can use to pay the redemption and renewal fee. I’ll be notified once we receive payment, and then I can contact our registrar to ask them to restore the domain.
