  Greetings, I am trying to renew my domain and it is refusing. It says thedomain exists and cannot be registered.

  We need details please.
  1. What is the domain URL? Do you want to use the domain URL on another site?
  2. What is the underlying .wordpress.com URL?
  3. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the upgrade for it?
  4. When was the upgrade purchased?
  5. When did the domain expiration https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/domain-expiration/ take place?

  Hi there,

  You cannot renew a domain by going to the Add Domain screen. That page is only for buying a new domain.

  Is this for the domain, warriormummies.com? That domain expired on 31 October and was removed from your account on 12 December. It is now in redemption with our registrar. It should still be possible for me to recover the domain at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to this fee before I can get the process started.
