Domain renewal

    Hi there I was wondering if you can help me. We have had some issues with managing our site and did not realise that the domain registration had expired. Unfortunately this was beyond our control because the person who originally set up the email for us has not been available.
    We have tried to renew our domain but it is saying it is not available and I am very surprised if somebody else has taken this. Could you please confirm that this ia no longer available please?

    Hi there,

    Is this for the domain, stevenageboxingclub.com?

    That domain expired on 27 October and is currently in redemption with our registrar. It should still be possible to get the domain back at this point, but our registrar charges a $80 fee to restore a domain from redemption. I’ll need you to agree to that fee before I can start the recovery process.
