Domain renewal

  I received several emails from ‘WordPress.com Upgrades <help@wordpress.com>’ saying my domain ‘lostkatanning.com’ would be automatically renewed and I didn’t have to do anything. Now I’m told my domain has expired. I was also told to go to Wild West Domains to renew but I don’t know my account name asnd password there because I registered through WordPress. What gives????

  Hi @oldkatanning , sorry to hear this. We emailed in November to let you know the renewal did not go through … did you see that one?
