domain renewal

Hello, I would like to renew a domain that expires within a week: fourcenturiesofbach.org. I registered it with you one year ago. When I click renew I am sent to Bluehost, who inform me that they cannot help me because it is registered with Wild West domains. Wild West, in turn tells me that they cannot help me and I must contact you, wordpress to deal with this. I am not amused by this run-around, and also disappointed that I cannot find a telephone number use to contact someone to help me sort this out. Please tell me how to solve this problem soon before my domain registry expires. Thank you!

Hi there,
The owner of a domain on WordPress.com is the username that was used to buy the domain. Only that username is able to renew the domain.
The domain, fourcenturiesofbach.org, belongs to the username, skellermwd1, so you’ll need to log in as that username, or contact the owner of that username if it’s not you, and ask them to renew the domain.
