  Hi there,

  romaynejay.com expired on 2016-11-06. Unfortunately, we no longer control the domain and cannot renew it for you.

  We attempted to inform you of your domain’s expiration (via email and dashboard notices). It was possible to recover the domain for some weeks after its expiration — but due to the length of time that has passed but this is no longer possible.

  This support article describes the expiration process in detail, if you are interested:

  Domain Expiration

  If a domain is not redeemed by the original registrant and is not purchased at auction, the domain is usually then returned to the pool of available domain names and can be registered again on a first-come, first-served basis.

  I’m unable to give you an exact timeframe, so all I can recommend is to keep checking to see if the domain has become available again.

  @romaynejp, as @gemmacevans mentioned, the domain isn’t available for renewal after that length of time. The good news is that the domain is available for purchase again. You should be able to register the domain again and map it (as long as you have an upgraded plan).
