Hello there!
We apologize for not being able to provide phone support, but we’ll do our best to assist you through the forums.
Regarding the domain issue, it seems that the domain “tedsrvpark.com” is associated with a different WordPress.com user account than the one you’re currently logged into. This limits our ability to help and provide advice in this particular situation.
Upon investigating the domain information, we discovered that it has been suspended due to an invalid email address associated with ICANN (the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers). Domain suspensions usually occur when you fail to verify your email address or when contact details for the domain are modified and still require verification. This verification process is conducted annually to ensure that your contact information remains up-to-date.
You have a 15-day window to complete the verification of your domain’s contact details. If you miss this 15-day period and fail to complete the verification process, your domain name will be suspended. ICANN governs this process, and you can find more information about it here:
https://www.icann.org/resources/pages/registrar-suspension-2017-06-20-en
To regain access to the account that owns the domain, you’ll need a transaction ID from any charges associated with that account. Using the Account Recovery form, you can provide the necessary information to prove ownership of the site. Once you’ve completed this step, WordPress.com support will be able to assist you further with the domain. You can find the Account Recovery form here:
https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
Please fill out the form with as much information as possible, including a valid email address where our Support team can reach you. The transaction ID can be found on your bank statement and will be listed as “WordPress” followed by a ten-digit alphanumeric code. Examples of the transaction ID format are as follows:
WordPress XXXXXXXXXX
For more details about the account recovery process, you can refer to the following link:

I know that this is a lot of information to process, so please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions. We’re here to help!

For security reasons we’re not able to give hints, but you are welcome to try any of your email addresses in the form here: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
This will send a login link to that email address (if it’s a match for an account in our system) so from there you will want to check the inbox of the address you added to see if there is an email from us. You will also want to check spam or search for any emails from “wordpress.com” if you don’t see it there.
If that does not work, as mentioned above you can fill out the form here to get assistance directly from our Account Recovery team: https://wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery
On that form you will be asked to provide a transaction ID for your purchase, which you can typically find on your credit card statement. More info on how to find that here: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieving-a-transaction-id
Once you are connected to the correct account we are happy to help you with managing your upgrades. Thanks!
