domain renewal

The user that owns our domain is no longer with our org and his login has been removed so how do I renew the domain? The domain renewal page says: The domain xyz.org will expire in 15 days. It can be renewed by the user who is no longer available.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

What I post below applies only to wordpress.COM hosted sites. It does not apply to wordpress.ORG software installs.
This is the Support Forum and we do not deal with Account Recovery, as our Account recovery Staff do that.
Companies, groups and organizations of any kind do not own WordPress.COM blogs.
Every WordPress.COM blog has a sole owner. It is the person with the WordPress.COM username account who registered the blog under that username account and a single associated email address, and who is the original Admin of the blogs registered under that username account.
You must be logged in under the exact same username that registered the site to be able to access the site. The Admin login link to the dashboard for every blog hosted by wordpress.COM is:
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/
*Replace NAME_OF_BLOG in that URL with the actual name of your blog.
If you are not logged in under the correct username account then clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and then login correctly under the relevant username account.
If the login information has been lost go to
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/passwords/#lost-passwordIf required use the account recovery form
https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/
https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/#account-recovery-formIf you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the sites to your username account by using this process. http://en.support.wordpress.com/moving-a-blog/#transferring-your-blog-to-another-user-or-account
I’m not even sure which email address this site is attached to.
If you check each and every possible email address and account and are not successful gaining access to the blog(s) then you must complete the form for account recovery at this link https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=recovery and submit it to the Account Recovery Staff, and provide proof ownership, so they can contact you by email ie. not on these public support forums, which are available to everyone with internet access.
Support Staff cannot breach the privacy policy and provide the log-in information. You have to provide proof ownership to Account Recovery Staff to gain access https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

If you do not have the required access and someone else registered the site you need to contact the person who registered the account and site under it and have them transfer the upgrade to you account.

Hi there,
The domain, hamnettgarden.org, is owned by the username, hamnettplacecg. The fact that you removed that user from your site doesn’t change this. They are the legal owner of that domain, and only they can renew, edit, cancel or transfer that domain.
The regulations regarding domain ownership are very strict and we cannot under any circumstances make changes to that domain without the current owner’s consent, and some actions, like transferring the domain to someone else, quite literally can only be performed by that person – not even us on staff have the ability to do that.
If ownership of that domain needs to pass to another user on your site, you’ll need to add hamnettplacecg back as an admin on the site, and then they need to transfer the domain to another admin by following the instructions here:
